How do I Check Ticket Status?

From the home page. Click on the "Check Ticket Status" button.


On the check status page enter the email address you used to open the ticket and your ticket number. If you do not have your ticket number you will have to call out support line and ask a support tech to assist you.


This will open you ticket and you will be able to view its progress.
